I really need your help, I made a use map settings map using scmdraft 2.0, and everything went great, the only thing i couldnt figure out when i tested with my friends, was that when you built something new (any race), it was automatically on fire. Is there anyway to eliminate this? If you do not know, who would? Someone mentioned setting the build time higher, would that work?

Yes, it would.
Units that are built within a fraction of a second are more likely to have only partial HP the more HP the unit has. Simply set the build time a few seconds or more (15 time = 1 second in SCMDraft), or heal the unit after it's built (not recommended). This error also occurred in old maps with just staredit, when people would set units (very often scvs) to 9999 health and 1 time. Because of scmdraft's ability to set unit time to 15ths of a second instead of only to the round second, this error happens much more often with scmdraft. So ya, it's not just because you're using scmdraft that this occurred.
I've always wondered how.
You think it would be possible to control this, and have units built at certain health?
While I don't think the exact rate has been calculated, the effect in predicated on the fact that a unit can only gain a certain amount of HP per frame when being built. Hypothetically, you could control this but I don't know what sort of effect you could really achieve. If a Zerg building doesn't have at least three? (maybe 2 or 4) frames, it will be stuck in mid-build permanently.
