1- Can make that triggers works on Player 9 to 12 as CPU?
2- We can't do anything with a neutral unit? No orders, etc... ?

Maybe more later!

1. u can use triggers on extended player units but not the player. So the trigger must be in either 1-8's player
2. I've heard you can order them but i doubt it, you can move, give, kill, set hp,shield

Can I make the Player 1-8 being unallyed to Player 9-12... and the P9-12 would attack? Or they gonna be inactive!?

Players 9-11 are automatically neutral hostile to all players and attack only while being attacked, while players 1-8 begin unallied to players 9-11.

Player 12 is neutral passive and will never attack under any circumstances.

This is true, but from what I've seen, it is much different from when you attack an allied computer, they don't simply unally you for a second, it varies.

And just to clarify what KABOOM said, you can effect player 9-12 with triggers, but you cannot place triggers in their trigger slot, you have to have the triggers in player 1-8's slots. Since the computer is 'inactive'.

I'll put it in a different way... players 9-12 act exactly the same as players 1-8 when they are set to neutral, except players 9-12 neutral units can almost never attack (only move) and they cannot run triggers. Also, units cannot be created for them, they can only have units given to them. I might have missed a few other details, but those are smaller and less significant. For your purpose, players 9-12 will probably not accomplish what you are trying to do, unless you don't mind having an enemy that cannot attack you.
