I cant seem to find the color palette.Is it in stardat or something.Also its .pal i think.

The in-game palette that Starcraft uses is the .wpe files in Tileset\. Palettes for the menu screens is located in the .pcx files.
For the special palettes, it is the same as the in-game palettes, it just does wierd things with refrencing .pcx files, and I really don't feel like explaining that at this current moment in time.

They use the tileset palettes... For a general unit palette, I forgot where one is located.

Ya but i dont want to look for these files,out of 3000 looking for a file that you dont even know the name of is tough.If someone out there has it atleast tell me the name.If i can get it from the tilesets,which one would i use?Any?

Any funky colors (e.g.: blue, orange, etc.) are tileset colors.
