How do you convert SWF files(published flash) into a video file. It doesnt matter what type of video file, as long as it is uploadable to youtube. I want to show a flash movie thing i have made but it is too big for any of my usual hosts.

YouTube can upload MPEGs? I just did a google of "convert swf to mpeg" and I got some results, nothing looked free, one had a trial, but I'm not sure how well the products will be...

Thx that program seems to be very good. Theres no lost frames or quality, althought the sound is a little slow but i am sure i can fix it out. There is however the stupid website smack in the middle of it so ill go and "purchase" it.
