Those little invisible things with 3 mini SCVs under them are what I get whenever I try to edit GRPs using RetroGRP and Gimp. First I make RetroGRP make it make a bunch of BMPs, then I do all the stuff with Gimp, making sure to set it to indexed with the sc pallete before I save it. After I've done everything I want I use RetroGRP to compile it to a GRP then I put it in the MPQ and load up SC and I get that crap. Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Ask if you need clarification.
Edit: I did some digging around through old posts and I think I found what I need, sorry for creating this topic without searching first. I'll re-open this if what I found doesn't work.
Locked.
Edit #2: Alright if anyone cares, I did get it to work, woot! Thanks SF for the GRP Converter, and thanks nirvanajung for posting advice in an earlier thread.
