[Description]
  You control a miner(Fenix Zealot) with the ability to lay a spidermine every 2 seconds.  You also have a shuttle full of abilities.  Abilities will be explained below.  Each player has 3 lives and the objective is to blow up your enemies.

[Controls and Features]
- Your gas is mana.
- Passive mana regeneration.  1 mana for every second by default.
- Max limit of mana is 200.
- Shuttle Drop casting system.
- Numbers next to the units in your shuttle is the mana cost.
- Use abilities to help you out.
- Random spawning power-ups to use.
- Random re-spawns.(thinking what method to use for spawning)

[Abilities]
- 15 Mines (20 mana) - Lays 15 mines around the zealot.
- Decoy (30 mana) - Creates 2 clones of yourself.
- Magnet pull (35 mana) - Orders all enemies to move to where you are.
- 40 mines (40 mana) - Lays 40 mines around the zealot.
- Mine Clear (45 mana) - Clears all mines (including yours) on the field.
- Ignition (50 mana) - Causes all of your mines to detonate where they are. 
(Note: Be cautious with this ability as it is a very suicidal move.)
- Mobile Mine Trap (55 mana) - Creates an infested terran. Upon detonating or dying at a spot,  it will spawn 15 mines.
- Restore HP (60 mana) -Restore your HP to max

[Power-Ups]
- Restore Shields - Restores Shields.
- Mine Conversion - Converts player's mines within a radius to yours. - Mana Regen +1 - Makes mana regeneration speed up a bit for 10 seconds.

This map's already been done... And what you have is exactly the same as the original, just with a dropship item system instead of a unit-building one... Did you know this?

It's called Minesweeper (has nothing to do with Minesweeper the puzzle game).

it's sort of already late, i'm about 1/3 done with it now...besides i don't think it's the same exact map. at least i know the power-ups, a few abilities, and the extra added stuff are. i'm not really copying a map if i add in my own mapmaking style and ideas into it.

The problem with that logic is that what you're making is actually almost exactly the same, you just added in the power-up thing and changed the abilities to a dropship system. Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's been done.

Really i dont think he could careless, i dont. Lots of maps have been done yet ppl still do em, cant tell a person what he can make and what he cant make. Map making ya have the freedom to make w/e ya like even if has be made so dont go telling someone what can do.

I read the name and was like "yes another arena map!!!" I love them happy.gif, but this didn't sound all too good no offense, JUST mines is a little boring (excluding the odd one or two spells not to do with mines) Good luck anyways.

Ability Idea:
Mine Drop (Whatever mana)
Call in a dropship to a target location (Centered on an observer perhaps) to drop 15 mines.

Yeah, I use to love Minesweeper. You have almost every spell exactly how the original has except maybe magnet pull and mine conversion and the power-up feature thing. The original also had a bit more spells than yours.

I'm guessing that you're aiming to improve the original? Good luck.
