I just cut myself on the lip with a razor, and it's been bleeding for like half an hour. While I'm holding a bunch of tissues there like a gag (with my mouth), I'm going to post some little bit of insight that I happened upon only minutes ago.

Do you think that someday people will be able to use genetics to make choices about their current body? I mean, scientists could use nanobots to change the formation of tissues and such, so for example a twenty year old guy could decide that he doesn't want facial hair (what a boon), and if he decides against that later, he would be capable of changing himself so that he could grow facial hair again. Do you think people would find that use much more morally acceptable (as a society) than genetically changing unborn fetuses?
