my winlogin.dll in c:\windows\system32 is infected with spyware.

can someone plz tell me how to fix it?

(using ScanSpyware... scared it might delete it and not be able to login to my comp sad.gif)

ADDITION:
wait a minute..... isnt the proper file called "winlogon.dll"?

Just scan it and delete it. It's spyware, and I don't even have it on my computer.
