After jabbing its rotting, dead corpse for a week with large, blunt, wooden objects I've decided to call it a rest. The first idea was to have a player run a photon cannon around the map via moving it to an observer's location, however, I didn't realise that it would stick to the grid so I ruled that idea out. I spent a while trying to come up with something better... a siege tank. I gave it a couple hours and came up with "Tank Runner." Initially, it had a lot of problems but I sorted most of them out. I was left with two big, giant, cockroaches the size of basketballs and for the life of me, I could not fix it. Because I'm already moving on to other things, and I don't want to bother with it anymore, I've put it up as an open map and you can do whatever you darn well please with it. The only thing I ask is that if you fix it tell me how you did it, that might save me of a couple restless nights or so.
ive already done sumtin like this where a tank follows an observer, i had was using an observer for the map im making now but i decided to just have the player control a unit, and as for shooting what i did was use a dropship method where if u unload the archon it would set a switch to make the tank stop following the observer then unally the comp so it would attack then ally again and follow the observer again
heres the old version of the map im working on
