If you want to attack lots of people use zerg.
You want to defend and not atttack much be protoss.
If you want a big army to build be terran.
You want to defend and not atttack much be protoss.

I think it should be like this...
Protoss should be for Attack.
Terrain should be for Defense.
Zerg for building a lot of units.
But thats just my opinion.

That's not true. Killer was right. Protoss and high attack but not a very high defence. An example of that are dark templars. Terran have special units very good on defence. Examples of that are the bunkers, siege tanks, spider mines, ... And zerg doesnt have a good attack neither a good defence (except ultralisk), but they can mass its units (the units are cheap and fast to build).

Cool i just started my army and have a question. I picked protoss and now i kinda want to change teams, if i click "reset team" or whatever it says, do i lose all my units or anything?

IMO - pick protoss or zerg. Terran just don't have that many advantages.
