I think it would be a great thing for the site to have a IRC channel. You could post updates in the topic, and constantly be talking there when we are making maps and such. It would be a cool addition to the site, and I happen to know enough about IRC where I can set up access levels and make people admins and such to the channel.

I use to have a mIRC channel for my old site and we had like 60 people in there at a time, it was great fun to sit and chat about the site and gaming.

This is just a suggestion, Yoshi... If you decide to do this I can give you info on how it works or if you have any questions.

I used to be on mIRC all the time. I even coded my own bot for it. But, I think if we wanted to chat, we could just go on B.net, even if we go on with a bot.

Bnet channel max is just 30 and you cant chat and work at same time.

Exactly my point, and also it made my site a lot better because you can hang out in the channel while viewing the forums and making your map.

I already have a channel set up just incase Yoshi finds interest in this.

And Moose, I use to be good at mIRC scripting but I haven't used mIRC in a year so I need to relearn what I knew from before but it should be relatively easy.

Edit: You can also send your maps or any other files on IRC to other people, so that could be useful as well.

True enough clokr, but B-net channel max is 40 -.- i do agree that a mirc channel would be great for SEN though.

actually i just got this ss a few minutes ago while channel clan uuu was getting loaded and i suppose it glitched but it got 41 ppl in the channel

i have a .bnt web bot that allows you to chat via .bnt through the web. i just have to turn it on and leave it on, unless someone has a windows server we could use.

I think it'd be a great idea, because you can work and get live help at the same time.

What are you talking about? I've never once gotten a pop up from mIRC in the 4 years that I've used it.

Spyware is evil to me. I can't get rid of mine without formatting.

I use to have mIRC but I didn't really like it. I thought it lacked a good layout and looked just like someone threw some chat rooms together in a program. I like Pirch32 better.

I hang out in a few IRC chans, I might check this one out.

Hey guys, I need help creating Trivia questions for StarEdit. If you have any really good questions that you may think would be hard, make a little text file with the question and answer and I'll add them.

I need like 5000 questions in order to have a really good Trivia Bot for the channel.

Right now I got about 20

Ok I just want to point out that I can't type a long message at all or I get a 500 internal server error, anyone else have this problem?
