Well, whenever he gets back, I think you should enable flood control if you haven't, Maybe that'll stop the multiple-topic deal. If it is on, then I guess its cause of the error that makes it repost when you refresh.

FLood control is enabled at 30 seconds. You can escape it by posting then pressing back to re post the same stuff or different for that matter.
