As with any forums, theres bound to be a few people with no intent other than to boost their post count. I wouldnt mind if they actually had some REAL content in their posts, but more often than not, its the obvious, the redundant, and the stupid.
Harsher punishments, reduced post count, and if possible, even longer waits between posts for spammers.
Not only post count, but also minerals. I told Yoshi when he changed over the system there would be a spam increase.
The problem is, I don't have time to go over every short post to see if it's spam. Unless it's painfully obvious, I probably won't say anything. Maybe a warning. Maybe just delete the post. I do raise warn levels and fine out minerals occasionally. (But people spend minerals now, and I can't fine below 0, so there's no point). :/
