I was hoping of a fun time among true trigger map makers
I was expecting the meeting for a long time, and I put messages to staredit.net in my map too.
But when I got there just now, there were about 20 people and ALL of them COMPLETELY ignored me!
I tried not to get mad and typed some words to get attention.
Still no responce from any of them, except this one as whisper:
you fool
WTF Spamming fool
I was so pissed off cuz all i said was about 4 lines (and not all of them at the same time)
People kept on talking about their homework, raping, cursing, and absolutely no paying attention to me.
And the guy who whispered me pretended he didn't whisper me and made fool out of me by cursing.
I forgot his ID, but it was something like 'Kratos-i***rator :ranting: '
I still believe this web site is a lot better than that map night. But sadly the map night destroys the good image of this site.

ps. to high##: I still can't fix the problem. I don't think it can be fixed without maybe formatting the hard drive T.T

People ignored me... people banned me from games... do you see me posting about it? No. Get over it. And it sounds like you wanted to be the center of attention...

I also got ingnored and just left. Parhaps you should think about not having it open to staredit registered users that you know wouldn't just detract from the fun.

Actually Moose WAS on you know... He was on after people thought "map night was over". Map night usually lasts until 3 AM on Sunday.

I was there too. I got people to test my map pretty easily. People do listen even if they don't show it. If people don't wannna test your map it's their loss, not yours. All I did was say "Anyone who wants to test my RPG map join cre1/1" and that seemed to work great. I got a full house, twice.

I really have never had any problems at map night like you guys have been talking about. Everytime I go its always a kickin rad time, ya? Staredit.net is just like the rest of battle.net: There will always be the undesirables, but also a lot of people who are rockin'. You just have to wait^^.
