Microsoft Sam is funny. Anyways, i think you can casue theres a program on Xp it like a Speech thing. You click on words and he read it for you. I'm not sure though.

Yea there's a narrator thing. Here's an idea, have record the sound as he reads it. Then just save it as a wav.

Open up Narrator or whatever and then open up Sound Recorder. Set the recording properties to record the sounds from the computer instead of microphone and then start recording whatever you want.

But make sure you format the wav file to 16-Bit Mono for optimal compression in the StarEdit.

Go to the recording properties and choose to record in Stereo Mix (or Mono Mix). Then simply record with Sound Recorder while the program says something you want...

Microsoft sam is a computerized voice on your XP windows. He reads stuff when you type it in. He also helps people that can't read??? By reading stuff for you on the internet and other things that require reading

This idea would be awsome, I could make myone things for some of my maps, like in an RPG it could say the name of a store or something.

If your doing a real serious map, I wouldnt reccomend this:P. Ill say this much, this would be good for something like a madness game, bound, or turret d. Something along those lines. That gives me some ideas...
