We all know it, some hate it

and some love it

. All I want to know is if you think it should be cancelled and why. Personally, I believe that it shouldn't be cancelled. The show is based on life. Although the situations may seem unreal, the concepts are realistic. "Behind the foul-mouthed farce are some uplifting parables." read a line in an article about Southpark. In one episode, Kyle (the Jewish kid) goes to see the passion. He starts to believe the same stereotype that many: that the Jews killed Jesus. Each episode has real life morals and situations based on life. So, really, why should a program that teaches the older crowd about life be cancelled. Now, what are your opinions?

Dude, this show has so many morals in it, it has the political stupidity, and it makes good points. At the moment it's perfectly fine, and anyhow most kids don't watch it.

I kinda like it, but the show is truelly out of order...

Sorry, but I don't see the point of farting everywhere and seeing toon poo. The social, political and moral lessons in the show are purely there to give reason to free violence and bad manners.

I dont see why some people want to cancel shows just because they dont like it (for valid reasons, at that). We're given a choice of what to watch, so lets make the most of that! Note that another reason for cancelling a show would be low ratings, but we know that South Park doesnt have a problem with that.

Because they show kids, or influencable (typo!?) people that swearing is quite normal (the aim of the show itself). Maybe you still don't understand that (being a teenager), but some people DO take example on these, just cuz they see it.

South Park only have "morals" so authorities can't force them to close business cuz its a purely stupid TV program (which makes it funny...)

No one has the right to get rid of South Park except Comedy Central, and that's only if they can't sell ad space during the commercials anymore. If parents don't want their kids seeing it, then turn off the TV.

Southpark is cool, funny and sort of realistic.

I say keep it, if you don't like it change the channel.

It clearly states at the beginig of each episode that not everyone should watch it and includes poor impersonation blah blah blah...

The point of closing the program is that children look at it at friend's house or alone (another TV).

I don't say cancel it, though I don't like it.
The humor isn't really... humerous, in my opinion...
Though, I haven't seen enough to judge whether it contains any morals or such.

If people want to cancel South Park then they should cancel all of those raunchy reality shows where strangers hook up over the course of a day (Survivor, The Littlest Groom, etc.). And they're on basic cable!

Southpark is a wonderful animation. It clearly states at the beginning you must be 17+ or older to watch this etc. I personally think the show is one of the greatest things I've ever watched. And at the end they always throw in a lesson that was learned which gives you some incite on the jokes and how they relate to the real world. Cancelling Southpark would be the most devastating for Comedy Central since it's their highest rated show.

If you want to cancel a show, cancel the Simpsons which is just getting old and worn out.

The Simpsons is a classic cartoon, and for that reason it shouldn't and most likely will never be cancelled.

to tell you the truth if you cancel south park it would be just as bade canceling the news (cause i use south park for the news haha) the wrighter realy voice therre opinion through comedy why cancel it the only reason it has cursing in it is because it is with a bunch of stupid little 11 year olds who think that that is cool and you can hear as much cussing thats on south park as therre is in sealab 2021 or aqua teen hunger force its just anouther tv 14 rated tv show it doesnt have any pornography its not a bad show its just that kids have access to them wanna know how to change the world turn all the "bad words" into normal words cause they all mean something its just they dont mean every day use things (unless your a hooker

) so i say dont cancel it

Animation sucks, has alot of swearing and unaporpriate stuff on a cartoon. BUt i still like it. It has some good morals. I dont really know why I like it
