Alright, not that I'm against it or anything but why did everyone's posts get recounted and what did you do to delete them?
Deleting posts from a certain forum or something?
I lost 175 and I would like to know which kind of posts were the deleted ones.

because when yoshi deleted threds, the server started acting a little more buggy, so he had to recount all statistics.

Is there nothing more to life than a post count? If someone makes 40 posts a day and they're all worthless, nobody is going to like him. If somebody makes 4 posts a month, and they all have value, they're going to like him. Post count is one of the worst measures you can go by.
As for why he had to recount, it's because of the creation of the Serious Discussion forum. A lot of topics were moved to the Garbage forum when that was made, thus all the posts there should not count. So, a recount would definitely lower a lot of post counts.

geez im not mad... im just saying i lost that much post. Only im mad about is the sc army.. i think right be4 yoshi changed site, i bought sc armies.. i think i used like 900 minerals..then after he changed the site, the sc army got reseted thats wat im mad about, my precious minerals, one i worked hard on... just gettgin wasted...i dont post in serious.. Never i think, im always in assitace or gaming.lol

Its mostly because most of the posts in the news forum and off topic forum no longer exist. People have spammed their way in the past so this is what happens. I recounted for better stability and got all the stats to what they're supposed to be.

hehe i lost over 700 posts and those took me a long time to get 
anyway i dont mind since i dont really care about post couint and i hope most people in here can respect people even tough they havent made a billion posts.

I just think it's awesome because it pushed me into the "Top 10 Overall Posters" category. I like to think of it as my reward for posting mostly relevant stuff. Then I tell myself to stop being such an elitist prick. It's still awesome, though.

I don't think the post recount had much of an effect on me, but as for the idea of going through with it, it's a good idea. Why should someone have a rank they technically haven't earned?
And besides, if you got that rank before it means you were active so you should have your old rank back in no time
