Have you ever experienced any paranormal activities or weird things happen?
Do you believe in ghosts?

yes i belevie in them a have one in my room i think cuz when its moon... so it brightes up my room at night .. a shadow is a human crouching form T_T

I don't believe in their existance.
I don't believe in their lack of existance.
Right now, I don't really have any evidence supporting either, so I'm neutral.

I'm neutral, i mean, it why dont they try harder to communucate with us, they knew what it was like wondering if there was such thing as ghosts right?

mmm... i believe in ghosts alot, alil to much but i'm no psychic,
i havn't seen them, my friends house it said to be haunted by a good spirit and a bad spirit, his whole fmaily has seen and or experienced it, she's a little girl, his dad said in his dream this girl told him the lottery numbers, but he forgot the last number so he just put 1 as random and he got it right... 5 grand won, his sister was seen talking to nothing at night and when he went to see what she was up to, she gave out a diffeent tone of voice and said 'go away' and then she stayed sleeping with her eyes open, by friend saw the lil girl ghost tug on his shirt and walk trhough the halls, his mom has seen the ghost when their mom and dad found out about what the girl ghost was doing they started to cry, the mom had sleeping proplems to start which never happened before, tha dad started seeing
the ghost everywhere in the house at night, the sister see's the ghost at least 3 days a week or more, the house was built over a burrial ground for bodies which was murdered around there... they had to get a monk to bless their house of the spirits, also even the monk said there was 2 spirits, 1 peaceful, and 1 angered, they only told be about the girl, the girl warns my friend every once in a while, he never knows what about but he gets freaked out... i think they come out only if they want to be seen and if you really want to see them, and i think they come out at 12:00 because its not day and not night...

when i speak of ghosts the inside of me cries because of the death but in the outside my eyes water and my nose sometimes burns, i get paranoid after i watch some movies like 13 Ghosts since i believe in them so much...

Well, a bit over ten years ago when I was still just a kid, when I was sick, I thought I saw a couple of ghosts/specters in my doorway. In retrospect, I mightve been hallucinating, since the face on my big calendar smiled and winked at me. So Im unsure as whether that was paranormal activity or just plain headsickness.

Im still a bit skeptic though, but a couple of my friends claimed that theyve sensed ghosts around them when they were younger as well. One story, Ill simplify as much: Sitting on the sofa, she felt someone tap her shoulder. She asks out loud 'what?' Her dad, the only other person, answered 'hm?' He was in the kitchen, too far to have tapped her shoulder.

Animals involved too. Other friend heard dogs barking from within the house.

A couple a months ago, i was watching tv in the middle of the night around 1:00 am. I guess it was conan'o brien or something . Then my dog came out of my room which was down the hallway and started to bark towards a corner. I was so surprised and was saying...wtf! Then he started whimpering and ran back into his home. It was an odd situation... so i got off the couch and went towards a window (which was next to the corner) and looked outside thinking he heard a robber or somebody odd outside. There wasnt anybody outside and i was a bit stunned about the situation. Then i started walking back towards the couch. As i started walking, my whole right arm felt cold and the hair on my right arm all stood up. It was odd cause it was only 1 arm. Then a few seconds later my all the hair on my back stood up and the fuse popped. All the lights went out and the tv went out. The hairs on my back was still standing and it felt real cold. Being a wuss and knowing i couldnt do i ran back into my room( im not a jack ass, i wouldnt scream and wake up the family). As i walked in the room, my dog started to back away from me and growl. I didnt know wtf was going on now, so i picked up my 130 lb dog and placed him on my bed and used him as a shield LOL.

damn... i told that to my brother and he said woke up around 1:00 and felt cold, then went back to sleep.
I told him i wished that he had felt that so i wouldnt look like a freak O.o
It couldn be just my mind playing tricks... but then why did my dog act so weird?!?

I think ghost sightings are all in your head. More like your brain creating these feeling and images at night. I mean if someone tells you, "your house is haunted" you're gonna be pretty paranoid and your brain will start trying to make them come a reality... I dunno, just my thoughts.

What is proof of existance? How do you prove something exists? We could might as well just be in a machine where all things seem real, where all things interpeted in your mind is what seems to be "real." There is no definition of real, no is no proof of existance, it is all a thing of the mind. Your mind can think that it is doing something when it really isnt. So therefore ghosts could be real, but how would they interact with humans? Ghosts could be fake and therefore our minds play tricks on ourselves. We exist because of the mind. Why do ghosts exist?

The only way to find a ghost is use a machine to detect electro-magnetic energy,
the body is the solid form, when it dies the spirit comes out, (i don't believe in god ) but if you are good when you die, you go to heavan, if you killed or did something bad without regret or forgiveness you go to hell, lol j/k you just rot inthe ground always, but your spirit which has grown will come out and wander till it has found absolute peace, sometimes seen as pure energy, any shape, they are very shy, they will only be seen if they want to, and if you want to see them...

they only wander around where they died.

So explain how my dog acted strange and why i reacted the same as that.

Because you have never experienced it, it doesn't mean it's real or fake.
I never seen a 100 ft squid and i don't think anybody has found one... but does that mean it couldnt exist?!?

Yes I believe in ghost. One of them just nuked my hatchery and killed my precious workers.



There is no evidence for evidence for ghost other than anecdotal evidence, which studies have shown is not reliable. Many rapist have been convicted by eyewitness testimonies, but later vindicated by semen testing. What the witness experienced could just be psychological effects - it could all have been in his head. For those who had felt paranormal experiences, there could have been alternate natural explainations that could account for what they felt. Investigators are usually able to reproduce the effect once the natural explaination is found.


It could have just happened by chance alone. Kind of like me making 1 in every 50 basketball shots - just pure chance on that one shot I made. No warrant to conclude that I'm a good basketball player. Your dog could have been barking at someone walking at the sidewalk and everything else was in your head. You being tired is another varible to look at.

Just because some electrical failure happened at the same time the spookiness started to come in does not mean that the spook was the cause of the electrical failure. It would be like saying if I brought a match to school, and broke the school squat record, therefore the match was what made me break the school squat record.


They might exist, but why bother? I've never seen a 5-legged dragon in my house, there's no evidence it does not exist, but it might exist.

You could explain it like that, using murphy's law but open your mind to the possibilities. Some people believe in ghosts, some people believe in faith, and some aliens.
An open mind opens a lot of possibilities!!! (but lead to death in the end, always!!! ALWAYS! No fountain of youth! NEVER!!!)
Then you can come back as a ghost and haunt your friends that are still alive

I realy dont think there are any, but then theres so many storys and stuff, but there just storys you know ezy to fake. But i duno there could be i guess

who knows they COULD exist and they couldnt i mean wat happenes to the dead ppl? i dont kno wat happens to them

I Believe in Ghosts, even though i have never seen one. Supposedly ghosts are spirits of dead people who were supposed to pass on but didn't. Other than this, i dont know......

I think my house might be haunted. I'm pretty sure it is.... There was an old lady who use to live at me house but she was found dead. So you know we moved in and stuff. But like every once and a while my door will open all by itself and ill feel a cold breeze go through. Because my computer is right by the door. Freaky?

also another weird thing
my brother and went to china to visit an aunt. When we went to her house, it was quite old and large. We said our hellos and walked around the home. We were walking towards this large room with a huge ass mirror placed on the wall. While we walked towards the room, BOTH of us saw an old person opening the closet. I was telling my brother why the hell would that old person be in the room? Shouldn't everybody be out greeting our parents and family?!? We were about to turn around when we noticed that the closet door was open but the person was gone. I knocked on the door and nobody was inside. My brother said( word for word!! )" What the was that ? Hey man, that is bother us cause we saw it."

Also think of it this way, if you don't believe in ghosts. Go in a cemetary at night just with another person and tell them to wait in the car. Go walk around the cemetary for about 20 minutes(deep inside the cemetary, not right beside the parking lot). You don't have to go but, for that situation, would you not feel... a bit squeemish?

Edit: Ya, people make up stuff but you gotta have an open mind to believe in things. Like the earth is flat, the earth is the center of the universe, and the force pulling the ground is not gravity!

Yeah.. people who dont have a open mind.. dont beleive in anything.. i beleive in almost all things....*not god*

One of my bathroom doors do that. I'd say it's the way they made the door. The breeze of air could be air entering the room because your room is no longer closed. Concluding that a woman died in your house therefore she is the cause of the spooks happening in your house is a fallacy known as post hoc. Kind of like the example of me bringing a match to school and breaking the squat record, therefore the match did it. In order to safely conclude it really was the match, I'd have to run many more test. Read the links in my signature for more information on that. Scientist often seek alternate explanations to phenomena.


I just saw something strange fly by the window out of the corner of my eye. I could conclude that it was a spirit, or a flying pig that lays eggs, but since there is no evidence those creatures exist, it was probably just a bird. There could be other reasons why you and your brother saw what you guys saw. Maybe the old guy left after opening the door.


But it would all just be in your head. I've heard of no reports where anyone had gone inside a cemetary and brought back evidence that there was a ghost.

There were people who went to cemetaries man with electronics and stuff (i dont remember what the devices are called... ill call ghost busters)

you know... south alabama?!!??!!!!! The alamo. There are a lot of places with strange activities and paranormal stuff.

I guess there always will be. Their reality is proportional to the people who believe them, and as soon as people stop believing them, they seem to disappear. No more sightings, no more experiences.

Kind of like the Greek gods. No one belives in them today, but they were as real to the Greeks as our god is as real to us today. When their civilization crumbled, so did their gods. Today, with no one even agnostic they might exist, there are no sightings or experiences of Zeus (but tons of paranormal experiences with God, because the people's belief in him is strong). I'd climb Mount Olympus and not expect to feel anything paranormal.

People have been feeling the paranormal for ages, we have yet to see some evidence.

One of the classrooms in my old grade schools haunted The clock moves about for no reason the lights flicker and on sunday nights a ghostly white image is seen moving around the classroom. My brother got him for his teacher this year. MWHAHAHHAHAMWHAHAHAHHA

i also belive beacause my pritner just shot out a peice of paper for no reasin!
