I'm askng this cuz my friend wants ME to kill him cuz he did well... Its very bad SEXUAL ASSAULT. should i kill my friend I'm scared plz help me

That's called Euthanasia and it's illegal.

If he really feels that he has to die - he'd have to do it himself - although I wouldn't recommend it.

Now if this were a different situation called 'assisted suicide' in a case where a doctor could help kill the patient if the patient choose to die.

I was talking to him and none of his friends wanted to kill him I'm scared now he tryed suicide about 3 times this is the third time i think he should run away but he wants to die. I'm just so scared....

I'm really freaked out he's not at home i think he did ran away But he'll come back this is his 3rd time he ran from home and Ok maybe he's crazy so i think everything willl turn normal

note:The girl he raped was his gurlfriend and i think she's scared.

No offence, but this friend of yours is INSANE!!! But try to help him. If he ran away for good, then theres nothing you can do about it. He might be found and arrested or something.

I voted yes. I think if the pationt has a termanal case and it's causing huge amounts of pain, then it's the pationt's right to ask the doctor for a painless drug. However, in this case, the kid is confused and is making bad desions based on bad assumptions.

Hmm, well, actually, yes, I could kill someone if they asked me to. Now if they just were like, "I want to die" I'd have to really consider it, and I probably wouldn't but say, someone can't do anything, so they want to die, then yes, I could do it. I'd feel really bad, and I'd hate to do it, but yes, I think I could.

As for your problem, I don't think you should give up on him. No soul is ever lost, just the body, you can help him, he'll be forever in your gratitude after if you do.

Woah, woah, woah. He raped someone? He needs to be arrested, and it's illegal even to attempt suicide or commit it. Or he needs to get a psyche test. Just please, get him some damn help and/or arrested on rape charges.

Actually it is just Second Degree Murder. Of course it is illegal. Sucide is illegal, although if you are being hunted by the cops, one more crime couldn't hurt could it?

I think that doctors should be allowed to kill patients that are in serious pain. But in this situation, you should just help your friend by talking to him. His parents are most likely way too young and/or stupid to raise him, but you should have them involved as well. There are plenty of things you can do to help him. Killing him isn't one of those things.

Euthanasia is the act of helping a person to die, if the person would rather not live and is in a lot of pain. Mercy killing would probably be the colloquial term.
