Yesterday i submitted a map in the arena/click files and it wasn't there. I just checked again today and it still wasn't there. Is it a bug or do i have to wait a few more days before i see it?

If you'd pay attention, you'd see your map first needs approval; We aren't like other websites (I won't name) that just accept any incomming files.
Yoshi and MM are the only staff people accepting files here, and since Yoshi is pretty much spending most of his time on this website (for you), fixing bugs (for you) and programming stuff (for you), MiniMoose is pretty much the only one approving files, when he has time (consider it's not even his primary job...).
