Is genetics enhancement right or wrong? I might submit my opinion later. Ok, I'll add details. It's a similar scenario to Gundam Seed. A large amont of humans has been genetically altered and is way more intelligent than normal humans. Their minds are superior to normal humans. These enhanced humas are 'coordinators' and normal humans are 'naturals'. The coordinators have separated from the human race feeling that they are supperior. Tensions grew among the two groups. War broke out. The 'naturals' were losing badly. However, the 'coordinators' have some unforseen problems. The birthrates have plummeted. They are not able to replace those who die sufficiently. It is all a matter of time until one side is eraticated. This was all caused by genetic enhancement. It has both good and bad effects. It can be used to cheat in sports since it's nearly undetectable. After all, they can't tell your DNA from foreign DNA.

Conserning general things... I'm not sure... It has its good sides, but also bad ones. If you don't totally know the subject you're dealing with (which is always the case), you can risk breaking the balance somewhere else as well... Risky.
edit -- just read the poll choices... Just by looking at that, I'd take a guess and say this belongs in the Garbage forum. You obviously didn't state most of the aspects people could have answered, but you also give racist ways of thinking as answers... Totally newbish. Seriously.

I do not ..however, support genetics used on animals just for our gain. example, genetically enhanced chickens just so we can get more meat? wtf .. humans make me sick. if you think you need that much meat, you should just kill yourself and feed your to the animals because you're wasting it.

Genetic enhancement can make things right. Like for the disorderly it could make them normal without many side effects.
But then again it's bad because it could make them stronger than normal or more smarter giving them a edge in something they would never be able to do or win.
