I think a zerg pet forum should be created for people who want to talk about their pets and see who wants to battle. (I kept challenging other ppl and they're not accepting, it's really frustrating!)

Hmm... It's not a bad idea, but I think making a forum like that would stray away from the real focus of the site... Which is StarCraft Mapping.

Use General Gaming or Garbage.
BTW: If pets gets a forum then we armiers wold like a forum, or share it with you guys.

Yea, you can do this in Garbage. If you keep complaining, I guess sub-forum of garbage would do...

Make 2 new sub-forums of garbage...both for Zerg pets and Starcraft Armies

In both forums people can give eachother tips ^_^
