Choose a race and you'll start off with 10 men. You get more minerals by posting in forums (some don't get you any since they're too much "spammish"). With minerals you'll collect, get wepons and armors, intelligence, spies, soldiers, etc... And battle other fellow forum members that also have an army set up.
