Damn, I was hoping Ivan would come in my direction so I could get like 2 weeks off of school. (jk) happy.gif Looks like Ivan is going to miss Florida, but Jeanne looks like it's taking the same path as Frances.

That's all our fault... I'm not scared to say next year is probably gonna get even worst with all the pollution causing the heat on Earth.

It was "fun" at start, but 3 or 4 hurricanes in a row... That ain't really nice at all, now...

i think florida should change its nickname... i dont think its the "sunshine" state now...
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Staredit.Net Essence on 2004-09-14 at 19:45:11
It still remains the same... You gotta pay the price for 365/365 sunny days (or more like no snow day at all tongue.gif )
Report, edit, etc...Posted by MapUnprotector on 2004-09-14 at 19:47:12
actually once i heard that florida doesnt get as much sun as other states
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Staredit.Net Essence on 2004-09-14 at 19:52:17
Whatever then! They get warm weather... Geez.

I personally root for hurricanes. But I wont root for Ivan. Florida needs a break. Plus. I like snow! How dare you insult it!

actually i just heard that this many hurricanes is kinda normal its just that before we were getting lucky with no hurricanes
Report, edit, etc...Posted by @:@ on 2004-09-16 at 15:44:22
Ugh, you guys are pathetic, we get these many hurricanes each year, they just dont decide to hit a continent. This year obviously they all spontaneously hit a continent.

THE WORLD IS NOT COMING TO AN END.
if you look in history books, i'm sure something like this has happened in the last 100 years.

Florida is a peninsula. (surrounded by water on all but 1 side) It also happens to be where the cold and warm air currents meet. That's y all the horrorcanes.

Ahhh!! I'm from Florida n it's horrible, charlie knocked out our power for a week and frances didnt really do any but we got off school any, so I guess it's not so bad, except we had to make up for it, thank god Ivan missed us, it was heading rite for orlando

I heard that Ivan spawned many tornadoes than most hurricanes do.

I really feel sorry for the people in Florida. They have had three hurricanes in a row.

Yeah, but the location of Florida that Ivan did hit, didn't even get any effects from Charley, and they got minimal damage from Frances. So basically almost every part of Florida has gotten hit by some tropical weather wink.gif
