When I am done reading all the topics in a forum and go back to index of forum..
Instead of seeing the "No New" image I see the text "No New" just wanted to point that out
Also when you arn't logged in it saids that the Shoutbox is "offline"

He's saying he sees "No New" text which is how its suppose to be, there is no image for it.
And also I think the Shoutbox should be only for registered members therefore it should not be accessible until you are logged in. Or at least do not allow non-registered members to post in it.

He means instead of an uber graphic, the text "No New" appears. Not a bug, but I don't know why Yohsi set it that way.
