These forums are confusing and I don't know if this is where im s'posed to put this but i got'z an error, whenever i try to download maps off this site it dont work.
First i click that i agree to the terms of the map,
Then It says the right map name and says "do you wanna save this to your computer?"
Then i click save and it says "you are downloading this file: Index.php" (which isn't the map i clicked on at least..........".
Anyways if i click save again when that pops up once it's done downloading i open it and it opens up something calld Microsoft Picutre It. All i wanna do is dl maps off this site so please tell me how to.
If that happens, click open and the map should come up.
Tried that, didn't work... every other site works when i try to dl maps off 'em, but not this 1, they all have the maps in zip files, do yours? please reply back.
Uh Yoshi, is this a security error? Because if he downloaded index.php then he could see the raw code (obviously not in Picture It though)
No, its not a security error. He wouldn't be downloading my code, just hte HTML code of what index.php would be, which doesn't matter
Anyways, tell me what OS/browser you have. This may be some download accelerator or something which this website doesn't support.
Yea, because it worked fine for me (I naturally tried to make bug occur). All I found that you can right-click save link and it will save a PHP file, but it is relly the scenario.
I don't know anything about computers so i dunno what a "OS" and "Browser" name is, where can i find out?
btw sorry to be such a problem, but me wanna dl mappeys
If you're posting here, you're already running both a browser and OS.
A browser is a program that displays web pages and content.
OS is an abbreviation for Operating System, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.
okay then, i guess my browser would be Internet Explorer and my OS is Windows (xp i think)
It should work fine then. Disable any download accelerators or download managers you may have and try again. If that doesnt work, download another browser like firefox or opera.
i dont know how to delete download accelerators or get a new browser... why dont u just set it so maps download like normal sites (which all work for me..).

Thats because this allows me to track downloads, keep stats, raise security and have have anti-leech (smaller sites like to steal bandwidth from bigger sites without giving credit). It is my buisness of how I run my own website. If you don't like it, you can make your own.
Download firefox browser:
