Well, today at school me and some of my friends got their early and were just messin around. When Austin said he'd be right back, he started grabbing his head and then started like twirling in circles with his eyes like back in his head. Now Austin, being the jokster he is, we all thought he was joking until he fell face-first on the cement and started shaking.....yes yes, very :censored:ing scary...

Question, have you, or someone you know ever experienced or have had a seizure?

I had a couple guys in a group I hang with who had them occasionally. Their's weren't that bad though, not like you describe it. They mostly lost muscular control everywhere, including facial etc, so they would drool and moan etc. And they were usually very scared at the time, no matter how many times it had happened before. You got kinda used to it after a while. Just have a couple stay with him and keep talking to him until its over, which generally took about 15-20 min. They were usually fine after that.



Also, as you said you thought it might be funny, its not. Its absolutely not funny, especially to the one who's having the seizure. Laughing at a kid having a seizure is an almost guaranteed way to get your ass kicked.

No, I've never experienced or known any friends to have experienced a seizure.

i saw it happen once, the guy juststarted shaking and fell to the ground, scared the out of me. almost passed out

I have a friend who has a friend that has constant seizures, he blacks out sometimes so he couldn't live alone and had to stay with his parents. Once he went to my bathroom and came out like 2hrs later. I didn't know what was happening until my friend told me.

I sure as hell have never seen someone go through seizures... except through an animated form of it!

[center]I use to have a dog that had epilepsy. She had facking bad seizures. I think they were called Grand Mal Seizures where she'd just lock all the muscles in her body and shake and puke. They'd go on for like ten minutes then she'd be out of it for five hours or so. She had them like once every three months. It sucked cause we paid $300 for her. Pure-bred German Shepherd. We had to shoot her. The seizures weren't fun.[/center]

??? Why didn't you just have her put down at the hospital, I would rather have my last image be my master...then a double barrel shotgun...

[center]Because shooting a dog is cheaper then spending a bunch of money to go have the dog injected with something and let them have more seizures before they die.
Shooting = Instant and painless
Injecting = Slow and painful

Plus, I don't live near a friggen town or city (30 miles away from nearest one) so we aren't gonna go to town, kill our dog, and drag her dead body in the car back to our house to bury her. We only had one dog of our... Eight dogs put to sleep. And we didn't like it. We shot the other four and the other three we still have.[/center]

Never actually "saw" someone having a seizure... But i know a friend that frequently had one. He almost killed himself at school cuz he fell down the stairs cuz of that :/

His best pal was there, though, and he called help + ambulance.

I once did a joke with a seizure.

My friend had a pen at he was swinging it around and accidentally stabbeb my hand. Some blood came out and I smeared some on my shirt to make it seem that I was losing a lot of blood. Then I slowly dropped to the floor and started acting like I was having a seizure. Everyone was looking at me nervously while I lay in the floor doing wierd noises and like moving like I was crazyliy out of control.

I then jumped up over my friends lying on thier knees and everyone started laughing.

I haven't experienced a seizure, nor have I known anyone who has experienced one. I haven't seen a seizure in real life.

Your seizure robots had no effect on me! Kinda hurt my eyes though. I saw that on the Simpsons. lol
There was a thing like that on Albinoblacksheep.com that had a bunch of flashing red/green/blue lights. It was called RGB.

No I haven't ever had or seen a friend have a seizure.

But I never thought that seizures lasted that long. Wow.. that must really suck.

My mom has a couple seizures a week. (she had a brain tumor)

anyways, this was awhile back, when they were experimenting what medicine works best for her and her seizures.

so yeah.... we were eating dinner, and my mom randomly closed her eyes, and we thought nothing of it until she plopped her face into her food. (went unconcious)
yeah so we called 911 and then they came, she woke up before they got there so it was a bit awkward... so yeah theres my story.

Ya, one day at my school, my friend had some kinda weird package and started hitting it gently against the table. Then he told me he couldn't stop doing that. I didn't believe him. Then another one of my friends came over and smashed my friend's hand against the table. It was pretty funny.

No clue, he wasn't in scool today, nor do I have his phone #....

One time in JrHigh, right when we were getting off the bus .. girl was walking down the stairs and then fell back and nailed her head on the step... Everyone originally thought she slipped but was a sezure.

Now in college, first or 2nd week into semester.. Guy had is face down on desk, and ambulance came.. apparently sezure was caused by diabetes and he's going blind because of it.. not cool.

Never been close enough to actually see someone go into sezure however... also I've been on several medications that were suppose to have risk of sezure, however I've never had the pleasure of experiencing it myself.....

i would hate to go blind

for many resons not to be spoken of around little kids

Pleasure of experiencing it........ I wouldent exactly call it pleasent....I wouldent want to lose contol of half my body, because a vegitable, or go blind...you know how bad that would suck?
