I dont know if this is to much but how bout an Image Database where you can find like Map Screenshots, sc units, Users that made an image using a program, and etc. That way if a guest or someone comes in site and wants to use an image like for an Avatar or Sig then he can download it and there he has it.

It would get overblown very quickly. Too many people with too many screenies. I think we debated this before. You would need another mod just for the galleries... 
Bandwidth.pop(), then Yoshi has to fix everything again. Avoid that if you can. He's got enough crap to do.
Just create a photobucket account or something, and post links, if you really want to...

Thats why we all have our 11Mb Image Storage space.
If you want to show everyone just post the pics.
If someone wants them they wil just save the pic and not download it.
