1. New registerring members can set their map-making skill level to Uber but we can't set it to that. I say we just abolish that stupid rank.
2. Regulars now can delete their own topics entirely but not lock or unlock them.

1. Agreed. It's pretty much biased anyways.

Regulars could always delete their own topics, I'm sure.
I killed the ability to lock/unlock them because of a problem with some peeps unlocking their own topic. Shall I put it back to how it was?

If that is the case then everyone from beginner will change to average, everyone in average to advanced, and everyone in advanced to Uber.

I think Über should be a rank everyone should choose, but only if you are 100% sure you belong in it... Über could be a selectable rank that surpasses Advanced by alot...

Uber bug fixxed.
Regulars regained the ability to lock/unlock their own topics. We'll just use the old system of warning them if they unlock a topic mods locked, I guess.
