It's 300 posts. Here's your proof.
The reason why some people are Regulars and have lower post counts then 300 is because when posts got merged into the Garbage forum, it recounted the posts and didn't count any that got moved. So if I had 300 posts total, and 100 out of those got moved, I would have 200 posts.
