Make a map where it switches between 3 maps in one game?



I am thinking of a map that will take place on one map, but will host 3 players at a time.
I do not think it is possible to make a game so it loads 3 other maps in ONE GAME, but could someone make a map, where THREE (or 4) games can be played.
Rules should be as followed:

4 “maps” within a map, when a player is the only member left with buildings, all 3 users will be moved to a new area of the map (for a new battle area). The map may have to be small, but each new game; a user will be put in a random spot on the new map area.

First person to WIN 2 games will be winner and rest will loose the game.
Attempting to cross a “FLYING” unit over to the next area will have those units move to their main building (IE: command center, nexus or hatchery).

Game will be same as any other battle map, except game will not end until someone has won 2 games in ONE of the battle areas.

STACKED minerals preferred. 2 geysers per AREA.

When players start on new areas, the UPGRADES (if fully upgraded during last round) will stay in affect, but all other units and building will be destroyed.

I would love to see this map! As new as I am to map making (not YET knowing on how to FULLY make maps,) I would love to see my name in the credits (EX: Map idea by: DJ_Canada, map made by *********)

so... u need a map divided into 4 parts with a divider and some pretty simple triggers? blink.gif

But it could be annoying with air units if you recall next to the side or your units are chased to the side. Also, you can't place start buildings next to minerals, although you could have all the start buildings belong to a comp and have them given to a player and remove the species the person is not, but you might have trouble with creep. If a person loses their main building and doesn't make a new one immidiatetly, and the enemy started building in your base, the person could fly their units into the side to warp them to the new enemy base. If those things could be fixed, it would be a pretty nice map. biggrin.gif

Combined maps are really stupid. If people want to play the maps they will have much more fun playing them seperately. There is no point in doing this.

this seems like it should be in map making assistance....
anyway... i dont really get what you mean here. like have 4 diffrent tilesets? because thats inpossible on one single map.

He means that there would be like 4 melee's going on at different times, someone winning one would trigger the next one, kind of like Mario Mini Games, not too hard.

Well then he's got to do somethign lie, at the end of a ten minute period, if noone has won, then whoever has most points (use the scoreboard couter) wins. That is a prett cool idea.

Kicking people out one by one sucks. People leave if less people are in it.
