What's expected of this team:Individually established and respected in the community.
Working as a team to keep the "awaiting approval" maps under control by downloading the maps and playing it enough to know it's somewhat worthy to be approved.
Attempt to satisfy the "would you review my map?" requests.
Review maps in a professional like matter, such as, figure out the depth of complexity in triggers, storyline, and concepts.
There shall not be any favoritism or prejudice while fullfilling those duties (ie... rejecting maps because you dislike that person).
Addition requirements:
Fluent and understandable english is a MUST. Reviews would be pointless if members could not understand them.
At least some map skills.
On another note, it isn't my intention to ever make a mod out of a map reviewer, or a map reviewer as a mod. One 'job' per person so they could focus on what's already in front of them.
Also, I hope that no one here wants to become a map reviewer just because they think it'll be cool to be one, but rather, has a full desire to make sure quality reviews are dished out.

Now in choosing who will be on. What are you looking for?
-The best mappers?
-most active people?
-most respected non-moderators?
Activity is *somewhat* proportional to establishment, and respect was stated as a requirement, so yes. I'm also expecting the member to try and be online at least once a day, if even for only 30 minutes, to check the 'waiting for approval' list.
There isn't a very good likelihood a member of less than 1-2 months would make this team, although, you never know. Map making skills are definately a plus in order to judge maps based on their triggers and skill levels. A noobish map maker would practically think anything is cool while a more experienced mapper would be like, 'that could have been done better'. Lastly, I'll be looking at maturity levels...
If you take an honest look at yourself and know you aren't or won't be up to the positions... or for some reason, the hope of maybe, one day you might possibly become a mod changes your mind, edit your post to have something such as 'Retract my desire' or something...
And if you know you are going to be disappointed or even, god forbid, angry that you didn't make the team, your heart isn't in the right place.
So... if you haven't already, post your desires to join this team, fully understanding what's expected of you and fully knowing you can meet those expectitions.
