What is the marquee tag?

What is the tag that shows the little status bar that everyone uses in their sig?
(Ex. 0% :BAR:BAR:BAR:BAR: 100%
Current project: Cool map 01)

Any other tags I might not know?

marquee is the HTML tag for the move tag
like... how the img tag is really img src=' ' in html.
