ok. this is getting real old. so first i put my image on freewebs, then put the url for the image on the picture thing. so it works the first time i do it. then i go into the forums and it works. i come back an hour later, and it doesnt work again! so i thought, ill just do the hosted signature thing. i try to upload my picture, and i get this:
and i've also tryed using diffrent formats, like png and jpg
( i cant use gif because i get too much color loss)
like i said before.... this is getting REALLY OLD!
(sorry for my bad temper. today just isent my day)

Try using photobucket. Maybe it's freewebs that has the problem and not SEN.

Like stated so many times before, it's not "down" or "broken", it simply does not exist. Somehow, the function do_signaturehost is gone. The hosted image system itself is very old. It wasn't even working when Yoshi was here, I believe. There's an url somewhere that doesn't match the url's when the site got transfered between hosts. Everything was like /mikelat/home/public_html and urls surrounding the hosted signature were like /mike/sen/blahblah/.
I will try and do something with it, but if yoshi deleted it, he probably did it for a reason. Now, if he did delete it, why wouldn't he remove any reference to it? Yes, I'm not sure.

He didn't delete it, a little while after SEN V4 came out he announced sig hosting with 1 sig on SEN. After SEN got hacked, the sig hosting thing went way buggy and I guess the hosting server went way outta wack and its gone now. My current sig is hosted on SEN but still exists for some reason, I just cant modify it in any way shape or form.

I really never could upload my signature to SEN, even fromt he day that yoshi released that SEN would be hosting signatures. I say it has been buggy from the start.

Anyways, I'll ask mike about the function. If anything, I'll probably try and mess with it at a later date. I'm trying to take a few days off near my birthday (nov 22) and will have more time to do something like that. Until then, I'd rather work on the review system.
