does anyone here have any experiance with fireworks?
im trying to make a profile and i want to make the link either change a picture in the backround, or, make the link load a diffrent frame.

Actually it can. I use it all the time.

hm thats interesting. see, i would get photoshop, but i can't afford it. rather, i can't afford fireworks either, thats why i have a cracked version. but i see waht you did. you used the swap image behavior for the areas there.

put your mouse over the names and the backround image changes to one with the discription.
the thing i hate the most about fireworks, is that you can only crop images in a rectangle, you can't cut out polygons or anything... only squares...

You can get photoshop for free of kazzaa, Or just get the trial for 5 months, And as soon as its going to expire, Delete the Time.dll in the photoshop folder...If you delete it the first 4 months you have it, It will just keep installing its self into the folder evrey time you open photoshop...

I forgot the exact website name but you need to go on a site download a mirror, it will give you a "decoding" product. So, when you go on the other site with the crack you will download, what looks like a corrupt/unknown file and you just use your "decoder" and uncode the file and you will have it. It to stop people to do massive downloads. Anyone rmember the 2 sites for it?

This is how it is with all image-editing software, and it wont change. You could of course make the image a polygon or something and make the background transparent.
