At the top, it gives an explanatino as to what supply is, at the bottom, it says now we know about how to use supply.. but nowhere in the page does it explain anything about supply!

That's because SaLaCiouS(U) the database keeper didn't copy the whole post into the tutorial.

The tutorials got split up into one on Player 12+ effects and another on Raising the maximum supply.
