Ok, i was wondering what some unit properties where like so i did a test. I started off with a pylon, it was 1 health 255 armor BUT in the unitproperties i set the Hp percenage to 35%, meaning that starcraft MUST follow that hp rule, when the map started up,he pylon was on Fire, but still had 1/1 Health, MEANING that the pylon had .35% health remaining.
Now, after doing that, i took an Scv, and it did 1 damage, i took the same pylon and set it to 100% health, i told the scv to attack, the scv attacked, and what i came out with was the pylon on fire, but with its 255 armor the scv could only do .5% damage to the pylon, meaning that the armor of units can help save you.

This has been known for years, and in fact talked about throughout the last month and week. We all know that the minimum amount of damage a unit can do its .5 no matter what the armour of the unit being attacked, and i've written an article over a year ago about Health.
