http://www.staredit.net/index.php?download=1631I need someone with access to a mac to give me a decent review on the file above. It is meant for macintosh and I have Win XP therefore I cannot use them to their potential.
Please PM me the review.
Alright I just made a screenshot of every map in the DLDB.
There are about 30 maps that I could not get a screenshot out of them. I ask everyone to check all their submitions and see if one of those maps you sent don't have a screenshot.
You now have to post the screenshot by yourself, the administration has already tried posting it and we could not. The screenshots are now your responsibility.
First of all, there is no description. It should of had a list of what came with it at least.
Yes I also sent him a PM sometime ago but he still hasn't replied.
KEKEKE, double posting is sooo good.
I'm taking the chance of 2 threads about the DLDB(this one and the one about the screenshots) to make a minor announcement.
You guys need to help me put the screenshots. There has been a thread about it for a week now and we haven't done anything about it, the lazier we get the more work there is to do. I just did a whole bunch of them(refer to my other post in the screenshot thread). I can't manage the DLDB alone, and it seems like it. DK does some of the work but I haven't heard anything from Xeno or Millennium...
What happened to the program. I only use a Mac and got excited about this...
evrey time i go to the link i get a wbsite error
Updated.
You know I made a post above yours telling the other guy that it got updated with a new link. You should read all the posts first.
Is there anybody on the map team who owns a mac? if not, maybe you should recruit one.
BeeR it still doesn't work.
QUOTE
The error returned was:
The specified file could not be found!
I see nothing wrong, just click one of the 2 links I posted in this thread.
It doesn't work for me either...
Well it only works for you then...
Here's a SS of what I see.
It's must be the INternet browser you guys are using. I'm currently on Internet Explorer and you two have Firefox and Mozilla which might be the problem.
Here is the file:
[attachmentid=3111]
Actually I'm on Safari.
Allrighty, downloading now.
No... it doesn't work for them because the download wasn't approved or something. Firefox works for me if I'm signed in as admin. Nothing works for me if I'm signed in as a member.
Edit: Yeah, wasn't approved. I know you were waiting to see if the file was worth approving. If it sucks, just delete it.
Damn, I forgot they're not Map Team.
Anyways I need that review soon since it is a Mac editor thing and lots of mac users would like one and thats why I won't delete it for now.
I know nothing of Hex Editing, so its useless to me. But it runs nonetheless. I did have a problem saving a map though...
Did you check it for viruses? virii...
The program or my map? Niether Norton nor TechTool Pro said anything about a virus or trojan or anything on it so I assume it was fine.
He means about the mac edit.
DK approved it so no worries.
Yeah that's what I was talking about. It came up clean.
