Possibly armies, sig too big penalty, admin hates you, other ppl hate you, you got warned for something, or maybe you use AOL.

When you make a post in a forum that has minerals enabled, you can get from 0 minerals to 16 minerals. When a post is deleted from a forum (or maybe moved?) you loose 16 minerals. So if you post a stupid topic in this forum like "My dog likes this site", it'll get you two minerals perhaps and when I delete it, you'll end up with -14 minerals.
