I think you use photoshop CS and you can search for a crack and the trial on google

And yes I do know how to use it, and yes it still sucks.

Yep, nice if you could do that it could help me alot, I douwloaded Photoshop CS and... I'm not even thinkin about using it, I don't get anything. If you could send me video tutorials it would be great. I have both Msn and Aim so look in my profile they are both there.

im not sure how to make a sig, but isnt it like just getting a picture or making one, then just add a text of the person's name(obviously the name should be fancy).

Paint Shop Pro 7 is what I use and have always used. I have also used Gimp, Gimp 2.0, and Adobe Photoshop.
I suggest Paint Shop Pro 7 (specifically 7 if you can find it) because of it's simplicity. It is the easier to use, in my opinion. It may not have as many features or functions or versatility of the others but for sigs, avatars, and the like it does the job perfectly.
Also, what is Adobe Paintshop? I've never heard of that.
