Although i am not the guy who accepts other sites to become affiliates, by the rules you cannot be an affiliate.
Rules can be found here:

I get a lot of affiliation requests these days. So, here’s some guidelines:
• YOU must be the webmaster of that website submitting here.
• Absolutely No Hacks, and you cannot be directly affiliated with hacking websites. Staredit Network has a zero tolerance for hacking utilities.
• Your site must be related to Starcraft and devotes a decent number of features towards it.
• Generates reasonable hits. I like helping the little guy, but try to have a steady flow of visitors.
• Provide at least one thing that is unique. No one likes sites that always provide the same thing!
• Be visually appealing.
• Have decent interface and website structure.
• Must have attractive features, so visitors from our website do not waste their time.
• Should be NOT hosted by a server that gives out space for "free" that you "sign up" for (geocities, freewebz are examples of free hosted).
• Your website MUST be in english, or have a translation somewhere. I know theres some fantastic korean sites that want to affiliate with us, but translating them is next to impossible, and almost all of our visitors only speak english.
• Your website should be active (i.e. visitors should always have something to do at your website).
Staredit Network reserves the right to break the affiliation at anytime with or without notice. The only reason it would be broken is if you do not follow one of these guidelines for a very long time.
Some of the guidelines can be skipped for certain sites with extraordinary qualities.
-Your site supports Hack and he have a rule that hacks aren't allowed/tolerated on SEN
-Your site needs reasonable hits, and it seems you do not
-Your Forums are empty, there is not one post
Although I don't choose which site can be an affiliate I can say that clearly you don't meet the high requirements on being one.
