Look at the colors of the names in the right colum. 1 of those green names should be blue(AKA ME!). A couple of white names like Kow's should be green.

this version of the shoutbox (4.0) is really ugly.
I don't want to put any work into it until a more cleaner version, I expect it to be soon.
