Shouldnt the map making skill 'Uber' be added to the skills in Map Making Assistance: Map Making Skill Information? Becuase i never know how to get/earn it

I dont think anyone with a "Uber" skill would be asking for help, that post states the level of help to be given to each of the skil levels.
