I decided to type a really...really...really long word into the shoutbox and it didnt scroll down like all the sentences...
It expanded the page so that it could fit in IP can test it for himself if he wants... I suggest no one else does...

People like JetBlast or whatever who decide to purposely rape the shoutbox just get banned from it.

I cant delete my own shouts, nor edit them either. It wont open the main.
