I like your current one, but if you make the text more ... whats the word... abstract in the first one, it might look better.

i would go with the one with Death on it the color is goodGO GRAY!) and your name looks better on gray with the semi blood looking
the other one looks like the monster from the black lagoon or something like that the claw slashes with the blood looks cool but it should be metal enless thats smoe sort of person or animal or KoW
