First of all, Feedback and Bugs is a forum for site related isssues.
You want to put this kind of thread in the Tech Support Forum

Try re-instlling StarForge first and then answer these questions. Remember to un-install it first.

Did you delete any file in the folder youhave SF after you installed it?
Did you move any files that were SF related after it's installation?
Did you get any errors during installation?

WTF you just said about SCXE, I didn't understand one bit of it.

Google for a .ocx download site (I took them off my site) and download Mscomctl.ocx

Put the file (not the .zip) in C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32 It will work.

Basically all you need are the Visual Basic Runtime files. I suggest you download them and install them instead of just that 1 file so that you don't encounter problems like that in the future or future problems with the same programs.
