What one person considers his beast artwork ever might just be 2 second crap made in MS Paint to another person.
Clans, I can understand not giving minerals in those, but I don't know why I understand that yet.
Ideas and Group Projects has a lot of spam. "What should my map be?" "I need a name" "What should I use for 'this'"

For the creative forum, it was disabled after people posted after every piece of art "Wow, I like it" "Its cool". But I suppose we can reenable it now that the mineral system is improved. I'll also reenable it for news forum as well.
I'm not sure about the clan forums, IP put that in.
ADDITION:
I'm leaving it on for the idea forum though. Its too easy to stack stupid ideas and get massive posts and minerals that way.

yea i agree
if some newer person comes in and says (himm i think ill spam to get minerals) they can just go to all the past posts that arnt closed and such and say "Oh that is awsome!" and thats all
the Clan ones i think i undersand is because if someone wants to join the clan they might keep retrying and retying giving a new post each time or... when and if the clans have a "meeting" they can post the meeting on the forum and it might cause a lot of posts(but the meeting on the site might be a bad or good idea who knows)
