Everytime I try to upload a 300 width by 50 height 15kb image to use as a signature it resizes it to a 200 width by 24 height 2kb image. Does anyone know why this is happening? Considering I am within all limits of the image, I see no need for resizing.
Also, im uploading it here and now because I'm going to use it as my sig.

It's a strange thing with your cache that I was not able to repair. Refresh the page and it will look proper.

Wait.... was this in user cp sig uploader?
Because whenever you replace a sig image with another, it retains the previous height/width parameters until you reload or refresh the page.
What are you guys refering to?
