First of all, Yes wrong forum.
second thing: You make the guy a sig for goodness and to show frienship. Not to bump the guy and take 5 mins of him.
Third, If you want someone to make you a sig, Explain what you want in it, What pictures, what kind of text, what this, what that.. So on.
