In the garbage forum there are 2 "new poll" buttons... one should be changed because one creates a new poll and allows people to reply, while another one creates just a poll. The only place I think this exists is in the garbage forum.

One is to add a poll to an existing topic. The other is to start a new topic with a poll. I would change the images, but they both use the same one.
